It's absolutely terrible. Sitters ghost you. I've been looking for a month for someone to host my cat for 3 nights. multiple sitters contacted ghosted by 3 of them after accepting the booking. App is so clunky and frustrating to use. Also, just note that if you are forced to cancel a booking due to a sitter not responding to your booking (ghosted), you will be unable to leave a review to warn others. There is, therefore, a lack of transparency in their review system.

Love that it helps me find a sitter quickly and easily when I need one, but and absolute rip off. They charge an exorbitant booking fee which you don't see disclosed anywhere till you go to pay which they say is to help them keep operating but they also take a percentage from the sitters income as well, so no wonder they have to charge so much for their services.

sitter here ... make sure you double check your payment figure since they implemented dynamic pricing the payout figure is incorrect. The app is average thankfully I get SMS notification for initial enquiry but not always other notifications. Sharing images with the owner does not always work.
