Attempting to pay insurance bill via BPay via app. Because I use the same insurer the biller is there but only one reference number is visible. I attempted to change this, going so far as to even deleting the biller so I can add it all from scratch,and the app won't let me input this biller/code, saying that it already exists. Except, I can't see it to select and pay, so, it does not exist! Very bloody annoying. Not really acceptable with a banking app in this day and age. Do better.

Needs to allow for phone being on a larger font. I use extra large and everything squashed up. Needs a splash of colour. Very slow and unresponsive. Been using for some time now and still have problems with slow opening of bank accounts. I'd suggest the developer have a look at the St George app for some ideas. It has seamless operation at all times and very professional looking. Can now see pending transactions which is great. Transferring money and BPay both work well.
