Once you set aside frustration with the metro service itself, the app is solid, with noticeable improvements in accuracy and speed—about 90% reliable (in my experience). One feature I’d like is more granular notifications, allowing users to choose specific days and hours for each line. For example, I need updates only on my two office days, commuting on two lines. I’d prefer notifications at 6am, 7am, 4pm, and 5pm, rather than broad windows for all weekdays.
