This app seems to have a lot of bugs. I regularly receive duplicate notifications for the same post - two notifications in a row at best and 15 notifications across 4 days at worst. Features also sporadically disappear, for example I've just tried to make a casual booking through the app but the casual booking button is gone.

The app doesn't work well and customer support is non-existent. I have reached out to the support team who directs you to have the child care service open a ticket on your behalf and then you only get generic replies ignoring the original ticket which indicates their suggestions have already been attempted.

unable to mark kids as absent. just get the wheel of death once an action has been completed. consequently getting billed extra from centre as actions not processed. seems to be an ongoing issue from 2025 into 2026. care centre advised, multiple user issues have been reported to app manager but no improvement. update as of 5-26; still cant make children absent from Android phone, causing excessive charges to account. once again technology has failed to work, costing my family extra $$
