It constantly signs me out, notifications dont work and since the last update it won't let me sign in. Just terrible.

This app seems to have a lot of bugs. I regularly receive duplicate notifications for the same post - two notifications in a row at best and 15 notifications across 4 days at worst. Features also sporadically disappear, for example I've just tried to make a casual booking through the app but the casual booking button is gone.

The app doesn't work well and customer support is non-existent. I have reached out to the support team who directs you to have the child care service open a ticket on your behalf and then you only get generic replies ignoring the original ticket which indicates their suggestions have already been attempted.
