Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work well and customer support is non-existent. I have reached out to the support team who directs you to have the child care service open a ticket on your behalf and then you only get generic replies ignoring the original ticket which indicates their suggestions have already been attempted.

the same notification gets constantly sent sometimes. I've checked it, opened the app closed the app, it still occurs..last night the notification was going off every 2 minutes!!!

unable to make kids as absent. just get the wheel of death once an action has been completed. consequently getting billed extra from centre as actions not processed. seems to be an ongoing issue from 2025 into 2026. care centre advised multiple user issues have been reported to app manager but no improvement
