This app is terrible. photos included can only be seen individually and each must be loaded. I have to scroll individually through over a hundred photos to check if my kid is in any of them. It is slow and clunky and not user-friendly in the slightest. I don't bother using it now, whereas when we used StoryPark I followed it every day.

It's a very average app that regularly has issues. Only had notifications for tags in posts - nothing for what's happening with your child. Often lagging updating details when staff at the centre have definitely entered details. Will sometimes have a notification just sit there with a red bubble, even after everything has been opened and read. It's just a really poor example of an app when there are so many better out there. I'm hoping our child care centre will choose another app...

26 November 2025 Want to use it on my desktop so i can read and see everything clearly with easy access. Not a fan of just a phone app. I have found this much harder to use, not easy to find where to enrol for casual days or regular days. I am not great with Technology so I believe this could be a personal thing to me. It has however impacted attendance as I cant seem to get things to work properly. Eventually figured it out but would love a desktop version still.
