Ratings and reviews

The navigation and way finding is all over the place, and very confusing. Our daycare centre constantly has to post instructions for doing basic stuff. The gallery carousel on mobile is 1/10 for usability. Images stop sliding across, I have to zoom in and out to get it moving again.

I have to echo similar reviews that have issues with the UI that are all over the place. The latest update though is now pushing an e-store into a childcare app, which is just ridiculous and wrong; please keep the app to the engagement of the childcare centre and my child - I have serious concerns with data privacy and integrity as a result of this latest update.

I need to open and close the app 6+ times every time I go to open it, for it to open anything other than a blank screen. The app often crashes when trying to navigate to a different screen. It is not a functional app at all for parents.
