So much broken. Connection issues (despite having strong connections). Registration is needlessly complicated even when using existing AT account. Doesn't use stored AT account credit card. Don't switch to another app midway through registration! The whole app closes and can't even switch back using the app switcher ... it is gone. So start the whole process again. Then the verification code times out with connection issues, then cancels the code you have and start the process again. Painful.
Needs a lot of work, Finicky to login and enter parking information. Will uninstall until a better tested system is released.... No future dated parking information either e.g. How much will it cost if I'm still parked here in 3 hours as the rates change throughout the day....
Unable to use my existing At hop account...says Internal Sever error.. Was so eager to use this app to pay for parking.. Guess needs fixing all lots bugs and errors
A little pain to setup. However once that's done it works a treat. Use it for multiple cars every day. A great initiative and not a bad start to be honest. I recommend it to friends all the time.
So you guys respond to AT Park feedback but completely ignore feedback to your horrendous AT Metro apps. Great priorities.
Charges inconsistently compared with ticket machine when you have multiple sessions in the same zone! What out for unexpected higher graduated charges!
