Bad. App use to work fine until it got updated. I have the latest version of Android which is suppose to be compatible with the app. However after login I only get white screen. Contacted rams and after 2 phone calls the first of which was asked to reinstall the app (still not working)and several transfers between operators, I was told there is nothing they can do as the app is third party to the business.

This app appears to have some potential. HOWEVER, loging in is unpredictable. Updating is unavailable. And when I do log on, the option to add and view your other banks accounts does not work. I was actually looking forward to using this app. I was going to have my wages go in but have now decided against due to the unreliability of this app.

New app is awful. My named accounts have all changed to "rams saver" and I can't rename them, so it's just a unorganised mess when I log in. The app forgot my log in details after the update, and now it is SO SLOW. It's so awful that I'm switching all of my savings to a different bank. I can get the same interest rate with a better interface elsewhere.
