The app was working great until the update in August. Now, when I press the app button, it opens and closes and says bug in app. Deleted it and re downloaded, contacted redarc and was told my phone was too old. My phone is 5 years old. It was working great until their updates. The app was useful. Now I feel like my redarc system is not fully functional. Fix the app by reverting to some of the old settings.

I'll so disappointed the app is not available in andriod auto . since this app is used exclusively for cars and trailer I would of imagined it would have android auto like other apps

absolutely disgraceful of RedArc to charge for a premium product that doesn't work. had it connected for a couple of months before it crashed. just tries to continuously reconnect. have waited around for 30 minutes at times waiting for it to connect. it has now been unusable for 5 months. I've tried everything. restarting, Killswitch, plugs, cables, even got a new phone which doesn't help. big waste of money - if you're reading this wondering if you should invest - DONT!!!
