For an Australian company the app produced is next to useless. i have a manager 30 the bluetooth range is a few feet max. app continually tries to connect but doesn't. rebooted phone. uninstalled and reinstalled app etc multiple times. result no different. Ruins a great product.

As others are experiencing this app is great when is working. the Bluetooth connection is convenient but rarely works for more than one connection. then requires pairing again. Poor

absolutely disgraceful of RedArc to charge for a premium product that doesn't work. had it connected for a couple of months before it crashed. just tries to continuously reconnect. have waited around for 30 minutes at times waiting for it to connect. it has now been unusable for 5 months. I've tried everything. restarting, Killswitch, plugs, cables, even got a new phone which doesn't help. big waste of money - if you're reading this wondering if you should invest - DONT!!!
