Great app, and love collecting points, receiving specials and seeing new products. Three things that would make it better. 1 - make it less clicks to scan the card at POS! Having to open the app, go to account, then click scan card is ludicrously long. 2 - I got given a gift card but nowhere to load it in the app. Had to keep going back into my email to find it. 3. Make it possible to see the $ value of the points so I know I can spend it!

I frequently order drinks through this app but drinks are often out of stock when I arrive at the store. The store does not offer a refund, and if i agree to a replacement drink I am unable to obtain a refund of the difference in value. Head office does not help, saying they need "Proof of purchase (receipt, bank statement or screenshot of your banking app) and the photo of the drink. The location will investigate and verify if the request is to be refunded." No resolution after several emails.

It's a great app, the ui is simple and clean to use, ordering is without hassle and it means I can order on the go. The only caviat is the app is very unoptimised so the longer you have it open the slower it gets, which is strange to see in apps on the mini-pcs that we call phones in this day and age, I'm intrigued to see how the backed works. Saying that though, as long as you know what you want to order, it's fairly easy to just order it, just gotta be patient while you wait for it to load :)
