Disappointing. Had the card for YEARS, used the card for YEARS, finally get the app, scan my barcode and all transactions empty. Wonderful. Don't bother unless you're using the app and card for the first time, together, or you'll have hundreds if not thousands of missing points like myself.

It's okay, I guess. I'm not interested in offers and specials but I'm happy to support a local charity. It would get 5 stars from me if it stored receipts of my purchases, like an app of another major supermarket chain does. I need receipts and I'm keen to stop bringing home metres of paper with my shopping.

Joined through the app, activate in email, put the same password used to join it comes up with wrong password. I try to reset the password and it says something went wrong. click all email links to get a blocked account click the email link to unblock account and it all goes in a circle of blocked, something went wrong, wrong password (exact password i entered on joining) then back again. Your app is on a loop to get nowhere.
