Ratings and reviews

Been using the app for a few years now. It's been good and is handy for busy coffee ahops. Experienced a few issues lately though. It's 50/50 whether I'm going to get a "your card is declined" error. This card has been fine in the app up until just recently. Card works fine elsewhere and has money on it. Sometimes restarting the app works but other times it straight up refuses to process my transaction

EDIT: After skip contacted me about this comment they were still unable to assist. Don't trust this app with your money. I only made the decision to try the app because I had a voucher for $5 credit, but then despite entering the code I was still charged that amount from my card. Goodluck trying to get any issues resolved, their support options are awful. Giving customers a link to frequently asked questions might be great for the company, but it's incredibly inconvenient for the users.

App is bad. Back button doesn't work when running this app. If you click on a promotion in an app then it takes you to a Web page that doesn't take you back to the app. There was a special offer with click and pay. I tried to find every possible way to link my Mastercard through the promotion link but I just get stuck 5 the Web page.
