Used to work flawlessly both Bluetooth and remote over the cloud. Ever since the latest Android update, if I'm logged into the cloud account, the app just crashes right after opening it. Still works on Bluetooth, but I have to uninstall and reinstall to get the cloud login removed so it will work. I sure miss being able to control my RV remotely. I hope this gives the developers a heads up to a new issue. Probably not their fault since it was the Android update that broke it. 5 stars if fixed.

It never stays paired or connected to my phone and the screen on the tablet is always ON, even at night, in spite of the fact that it is set to go to sleep after one minute Nobody is willing to solve those problems. They say they are sorry to hear about the issues, but not willing to solve any problems.

When I first down loaded almost a year ago I had some issues. Not being a tech genius I later found that I needed an updated phone. I still had some minor issues. However 2 weeks ago I took my camper to a RAM dealership and they updated the computer programming. I only had one issue since and it might have been lost signal in a dead zone. Otherwise it's great. I love to control the climate and lights from the app while I'm using my camper.
