About this app

'Gochara' is a Sanskrit word that means ‘movement of globes’ (i.e. transit of planets). The transiting planet is affected by its position from the natal Moon and there by favorably or unfavorably influencing one's life.


The app provides up to date information on the current transits and its influence. Also provides in depth details of the factors affecting the transit such as Vedha (blockage), Vakra (retrograde) and positional influences such as Exaltation, Debilitation etc. The app evaluates the nature of the transit and its effects specific to one's horoscope as per the Gochara system.


Includes 'Sade Sathi Shani' details as well as 'Guru Bala' details when applicable in a horoscope as well as 'Bhrigu Bindu' transit timing and its effects.


The app can be configured to display transit results from either the Chandra Lagna (Moon) or the native Lagna (Ascendant). Also provides the 'Nakshatra' transit details for all planets.


Multiple profiles are supported so you can save and lookup the details of your loved ones too!

Its good but not perfect. Planet aspect should be include, kundali yoga, kundali dosh and their remedies should be included. Please check on the part of planet effect are prominent during beginning, middle and at the end aspect properly. Classical text tells one thing and major and minor influence speaks one thing, that need to be checked properly( i mean align it and display their results).If this app developer bring medical astrology app, that would be far more better. Excellent app with accurate dates of transits of different planets, I think it is the most accurate and perfect app for predicting transits.

This july update has some issues. This is the first instance. While changing the date transits do not change. Awesome app. Using it for many years . Please look into it.
