SpringFire is the workforce mobile app for service-based businesses across Australia — including disability support, aged care, allied health, cleaning, security, hospitality, and any organisation whose people work shifts at member or worksite locations.
SpringFire is provided to you by your service Provider. Your account is created and managed by your Provider organisation; SpringFire is not available for public sign-up. If your organisation hasn't invited you to SpringFire, you will not be able to sign in.

BUILT FOR AUSTRALIA
SpringFire is operated by an Australian company. Your data is stored in Australia — Microsoft Azure SQL (Sydney) and AWS S3 (ap-southeast-2). We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Authentication is protected on your device by Android Keystore. We display no ads. We do not sell or rent your data.
LOCATION AND PRIVACY
At clock-in and check-in events, the app captures precise location coordinates to validate proximity to your configured shift or service location (geofence). For staff timesheets, coordinates are reverse-geocoded by Google Maps Platform into a human-readable street address that is recorded on the timesheet. For member check-ins, raw coordinates are stored on the check-in record for service-delivery compliance.
Location is foreground-only — the app does not collect location in the background.
