About this app
SubbieOS Field is the on-site companion to SubbieOS, the job-management system built for Australian subcontractors who invoice head builders.
It's the app your crew uses on the tools — and only that. No rates, no prices, no invoices. The commercial side stays in the office.
WHAT YOUR CREW CAN DO
• See the day's work — jobs laid out hour by hour, with site addresses, start and finish times, the pre-job notes from the office, and who else is on site.
• Log hours — a running timer or a straight entry against the right job, so timesheets are done before anyone gets back to the ute.
• Capture site photos — take a photo, draw on it to mark a defect, add a caption. It lands against the job in the office instantly.
• Sign off safety — SWMS sign-offs bound to the exact document version the crew member actually opened and read, plus prestart checks, toolbox talks, incident reports and site diaries.
• Keep working without signal — basements, lift wells and black spots are normal on site. Entries save on the phone in encrypted storage and sync themselves the moment the signal returns. Nothing is lost and nothing is entered twice.

• A four-digit app PIN, because phones get passed around a ute.
• Big touch targets and plain language — it's designed to be used in gloves, not studied.
