uEducateUs is unique in its application of an intuitive communication module which allows direct communication between the school, parents and students.

Users can receive communication messages from the system, which sends out an alert to users when a new document has been sent; such as new permission slips or when a student is absent from class without leave.

The platform also implements global emails and SMS, as well as instant notifications to help students and parents feel safer and involved with the school.

All users are able to gain access to the platform via any device - including tablets, phones, computers and laptops, providing internet access is available. This functionality allows contact with the school at any time of the day by students and parents.

uEducateUs also provides a complete overview of student progress, which displays the roll call, daily and weekly tasks, report card, medical and emergency contacts for easy access to important information.

Teachers and administrators can create electronic permission slips, which can be signed off by parents online, which eliminates the problems associated with the paper-based system. It also makes it unnecessary for medical issues and contact information to be filled in for every event that the student is involved in, as all necessary information will be already stored within the system. A risk register is generated which includes all the risks which may be encountered while students are away on an excursion.
