FUN, CHALLENGING, and EASY TO PLAY, Lexathon is the ultra-addictive 9 letter word search game for you! From a jumble of 9 letters, discover as many words as possible of 4 or more letters that contain the central letter. Test your lexical skills; there is always a 9 letter word to find among the scrambled letters. Be quick and cunning; every word you find gets you more time and increases your score!

The faster you react and the more words you find from the English dictionary, the higher your score! Lexathon is translated in 19 different languages, so post your scores to Facebook, throw down the linguistic gauntlet and challenge your friends to beat your top scores.

Shake your phone to scramble the letters to discover as many words as possible. Don’t waste any time! Once you’ve found as many words as you can, click the ‘Give up’ button to maximise your score and see all the words you missed.

My go to for a spelling game. The settings provide quite the variety in size of game. Have played regularly for a decade. You can also add words to it's dictionary that the game might not recognize - what game does that?! EDIT XNAR - DID YOU GUYS CHANGE THE SIZE of the cancel, give up, etc buttons? I have played this game for 10 years plus but now I'm accidentally hitting the "check" button on almost every play! Am I imagining this or did this game layout get too crowded suddenly? THANK YOU

This is one of my favorite word games. Adding & removing words to/from the dictionary is relatively easy. I do wish I could switch up the color scheme though. * 2019-May : it's been 6 years & I still play this game all the time. It's a great word game. I've gone Pro. My only complaint now is having to redo my dictionary additions/subtractions every time I get a new device. 😏 2023 - still a favorite

Great game - my wife and I play every day, together and separately. Would love a way to set it for 20 words of less. Only major complaint is sometimes lists extremely obscure words (medical terms, types of chemicals, etc.). But truly enjoy it regardless. Very few glitches. NOTE: Thanks for the response - I've checked game settings from time to time, and the lowest it will go is 23 words or less. But thanks anyway.
