About this game
DemocraCity is the Australian Electoral Commission’s free 3D game that turns civics and citizenship and electoral education into an active, engaging and fun experience. Players are guided by Democrabot to learn the unique aspects of Australian democracy, issue ballot papers, practise voting, count votes and more. School teachers can tailor the game to meet the learning needs of their students.
DemocraCity is supported by educational resources designed to help teachers plan and deliver targeted lessons, consolidate student understanding and assess civics knowledge in creative ways.
