This is beyond ridiculous. How are we expected to accomplish our reporting obligations when neither the site or app are capable of working? I've been trying all week and still no success. I can't load the dashboard either through Web browser or the App, I either get "Problem loading dashboard app" Or "Unable to navigate, missing required arguments". By previous reviews, these aren't new issues either. So what is actually being done to rectify these?

consistently exhibits unacceptable load times where it is unclear if the login process is even working or the app needs to be restarted. other features work mostly fine, but this problem makes the app headache-inducingly frustrating to use. fully unacceptable for an app representating a government agency but sadly not unexpected.

App won't sign me in at all after I successfully log in via the web page it takes me to its been happening for months now, even though it's updated. Also the website is just as unreliable and slow. I can never actually do my job stuff at all.
