This app is an absolute disaster! Poor quality, slow & doesn't allow me to log in or look up my internet coverage status. A waste of space! I cannot believe a supposedly high-tech company has such a useless app!

horrible app, thanks to absolute rubbish UX design. Clunky, can't go. back to previous screens without closing app. Side menu won't close. Other various problems. I hate every single time I have to open this, it feels like an early 2000's website on Geocities or something.

A dreadful and harrowing experience every time I try to login. I wish it was possible to change providers! iiNet SUCKS!! Their support staff are hard to understand and they don't listen!!
