Keep a dependable playing and maintenance record for every drumhead in your kit.

HeadLedger is an offline-first drumhead hours tracker and care log. Record each drum’s setup, add any prior hours, time playing sessions or enter them manually, then keep tuning and maintenance history together with total use.

TRACK PLAYING HOURS
• Create separate profiles for each drum
• Record kit, size, type, batter head, resonant head and installation date
• Start with prior hours you already know
• Start and stop a playing timer or add a past session manually

LOG CARE AND CHANGES
• Save tuning snapshots, cleaning, inspections, rotations, damage notes and head changes
• Set personal cleaning, inspection and head-change hour targets
• Search sessions and care events in a combined history
• Archive profiles while retaining their records
• Schedule an optional local reminder when care is due or due soon

EVERY FEATURE IS FREE

There are no paid downloads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, trials or paywalls. Advertising supports the app. Consent is handled where required before Google Mobile Ads starts. Ads never gate a core feature, and the optional rewarded ad changes only a temporary cosmetic style.

HeadLedger is a personal recordkeeping tool. Its targets and reminders do not assess drumhead condition or replace manufacturer guidance and physical inspection.
