When I open the app on my Samsung and click on online system it keeps redirecting and doesn't open and I tried to uninstall and then reinstall but the issue keeps on so know idea how can I solve it

After recent update. The app stopped opening. A message will appear saying,update required, pls update app before proceeding.

The app stopped working about 2 months ago it stays in the loading screen redirecting. Please fix this
