You can't say "too many cancellations" when no driver was assigned. Sometimes we have to cancel to change location as there are no drivers available. Also, this app was not working today maybe because of too many in use at the time. It won't cancel so I re installed but still.. It's looking for a driver!! Ughh And how are we supposed to lodge a complain?!

I have 500+ rides in this app. Nothing has ever improved in the app in 2 years, no ability to block drivers who try to scam you, no compensation for loss, I spent 50k on this app but never ever gonna use it again, thankfully bus is great now. Very lightly regulated, I do not recommend at all, if you want taxi, just call taxi center, it's not worth the money, 30% of drivers will make HUGE PROBLEM over paying them exactly what the app says, they want more, 30% is a big number.

Made an advanced booking 6 hrs ahead to go to the airport. Someone accepted and I got the name and taxi number well ahead. Kept waiting for the taxi but nobody came. I had to cancel it as I was going to be late for my flight. I got a notification when it was down to 30mins. It would be better if the driver has to reconfirm if he is coming when it is down to 30mins. If he can't come pass it to another driver. Also there should be a way to instant message the driver who accepted through the app
