An AVIF file is an image or pictured stored in the AV1 Image file format which was developed by the Alliance for Open Media. Its basically similar to a .JPEG or .PNG file. It is already supported by top popular media companies.

SCAM. Zero stars. Its a data fishing app. No app ever needs free reign access to a persons mobile phone. If the app was true it would just allow the user to upload one selected image of the users choice. There is no need to allow the app free access into my photo and media files, other than to take copies of my files to sell on the dark web. Scam. Scam. Dark Web salesmen. Do not download.

Used it for 0.1 seconds and can already say it's a virus that somehow made it onto the google play store. Trust me, you're better off using any other sketchy avif to png converter website.

It quickly converts files but you have to wait for the ad after every key press.
