Ratings and reviews

The XMAKER HD app does not work properly and makes the printer unusable. I spent over a day trying to log in using multiple devices (phones, tablets, computer). When it finally connects, it disconnects on its own and nothing can be printed. I followed all instructions and support was not helpful. Very disappointing, especially since this was a Christmas gift for my child.

App only gives me a "network error" when I try to open it, and I tried on three different devices. Online suggests messing with your router, which seems like an inappropriate expectation to get an app to work. Will be returning the printer.

was able to use the app one time and then it crashed and would not open. tried uninstalling the app and reupload, the app still does not work. This was a Christmas present and it's very frustrating that I only was able to use it once.
