Since the developer answered my initial review I was able to set up an account with a non-SETAR phone number. The experience was decent. However, I would suggest small changes to make the user experience better. In the SMS sent to confirm opening of the account, two numbers were provided, a PIN and a transaction number. The transaction number seems unnecessary for user experience so I would suggest to remove it. Also, on the website, the T&C in Spanish only read a Lorum Ipsum text. Decent app.

This app is meant well, but still has a lot of technical problems to fix. I could not register even though I have a setar phone number (post paid). It also took 4min of scrolling to find my birthdate. If you guys can fix that, your average star rating will go up. People are getting frustrated because their time gets wasted doing this then finding out they couldn't sign up to begin with. My advice would be to have a small disclaimer letting people know which numbers are allowed and which aren't.

Does not work nor lets you know how to install while i alraidy had the app it wants you to update but does not let me in....... ps if you change a app . With a update . Don't just shut the old one down without asking, and give a option if the user of the app want it or not . Why fix something that does not need to be fixed . Leave it open as it was. It worked fine . Now i have to go to all these places again to pay manualy .
