Sorry it doesn't do anything and I know that this app doesn't work on all phones! Because they can't be rooted the system says in all devices as iPhones and phones in general. So your calculations are totally wrong.

i hate to disagree, every single device on earth has a mechanism for administration; and for Android, it's root. you can root your phone, but you may have to figure out a way to root your phone.

The app doesn't ask for permissions, and thus is unable to exert it's control upon the device. Edit: My phone was not rooted

great app really works as advertised with root!! this app just allowed me to still play Minecraft on the charger even with a really old battery so it for sure works and charges while playing now! thank you! fyi turning off your phone does not kill all your apps it's not a PC!
