I've installed the app 6 TIMES and every time I open the app it alerts me that the system requirements haven't been met. The app says it needs storage permission BUT DOES NOT REQUEST IT UPON INSTALLING THE APP. I've tried to enable storage permission thru the phone settings and it doesn't even give the option to. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Customer service isn't helpful at all, they stated that it's an internal issue. I'm tired of my office complaining as if it's my fault.

one of the worst app out there ,shoved up my ass by company ,hate it ! Take pics of BOl ,go thru scanning , converting and go to send , nothing but a gray screen saying must have a least one document, have tried thru photos, gallery ,and cloud , really sucks.

All drivers are using the app, there is no issues besides when phone signal is bad in certain places. I don't understand why so many low reviews, when the app does everything without issues.
