I've been an Axxess customer for 5 years (and with it, an Axxess app user as well) Trying to view my Fixed Wireless Combo service package information/details from the landing page of my dashboard, the app keeps on failing, saying "Uh Oh! Could not load the content" with an error popup "An unexpected error occurred with fetching the data. Sorry for the inconvenience." Could this perhaps be addressed (if it's a bug), please?

This app is basically useless if you are on a LTE package. You can only see a combined total of your anytime and night time data, they are not separated. Cant see your daily usage, that times out. But at least you can use the Topup... that works. Dont waste your time with this app if you are on a Fixed LTE package. And don't think you can just exit the app. Even that function doesn't work, you need to kill the app to get out. Just use the website instead.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are very pleased to announce that after many weeks of Development & Testing, we have released an update which directly fixes this issue and other issues as well. Please go ahead an install the latest update. And please let us know what else can be fixed.

app doesn't work properly. when you try to live chat it just shuts down. when you open a ticket it logs the ticket but when you go back into the app it tells you there are no open tickets and there's no record of it anywhere!!! the entire thing is useless!! not user friendly at all.
