unless proved otherwise and I will then resubmit a healthier review but the app is fatally floored as you can't seem to see the most basic information - how much total data you've used for the month. Either I'm silly and haven't found where it's hiding yet or it's a serious and embarrassing own goal by the app development team 🫣🤷

Great app, easy to use and manage your services You can upgrade and downgrade your packages according to your needs or budget You can keep track of all the data you've used for day time, night time, data you've purchased, data that rolled over from previous months Everything is right where you need it when you need it

Frustrating user experience with the live chat interface. The keyboard is overlaid over the text box. The app doesnt adapt to the keyboard pop-up. The textbook is therfore hidden under the keyboard and the user can't see what they are typing or perform proper editing. Probably very inefficient from a business perspective because it means users take longer to type and finish their support issues. Which means longer queues, and frustrated and dissatisfied users. Ticketing text boxes freeze up.
