Gedes was developed to offer an integrated way to manage user-administered Amateur Sports Groups, centralizing administrative, operational, and financial information in a single organized environment.

With Gedes, the administrator can:

• Register sports modalities;

• Register and manage members;

• Create and organize up to 5 sports groups;

• Associate members with their respective groups;

• Register sporting events;

• Register expense groups and subgroups (when applicable);

• Register receipts and expenses related to events (when applicable);

• Generate management and financial reports;

• Generate and send invitations to members;

• And perform other essential administrative activities.

All information is structured to facilitate the monitoring of activities and support the decision-making of the responsible administrator.

The application was designed to simplify administrative routines, reduce manual controls, and keep information organized, accessible, and consistent in day-to-day management.
