This app was good, but now it locked out the app on start-up for ads. Ads need to be unobtrusive, especially for a simple app like this. Edit: They had the nerve to comment that the startup was not intrusive, so I will clarify. When you start the app, it's not just an ad when you start it, as they say in the comment. That would have been fine. It's a countdown timer when you start it during which time you're not allowed to use the app. This makes it impossible to quickly start a timer.

Exactly what I needed. Works perfectly. I use it for my bar pool league as a 2 minute shot clock. High visibility in bar lighting, very simple touchscreen operation and no unnecessary bells and whistles to complicate things (especially as the night goes on ;). This is the best app available for my needs. I'm so glad I found it and have recommended it to all my friends.

It's not every day you hear great things about a timer app! And even though there's tons of other similar apps, I can see why this one stands out. Simple, clean, robust, and easy to use. It does exactly what it says.
