Used it a lot for "TopUp", now you removed that option (probably some legal reasons). Also, last time I tried TopUp, I've got a message "transaction failed" or whatever, it toik the money from my card, but I never got money on my ph number. Also, change your pictures of the app on PlayStore since it doesn't have the TopUp option anymore. If you get it back, I'll bring 5 stars back.

You charged my card 2 times even though transactions were declined. When I tried calling you, noone is answering the phone. Your email on website is not working, just bounced back right away. There is no way to contact you to get my money back. Nice job charging someone for service you didn't provide!! Do not use this app!!

it will make you life in Bosnia and Herzegovina much easier. great user experience. it would be great to have option to navigate to nearest next bike location, or parking spot when needed.
