The app lacks peoper English support. No matter how many times I pick English in the settings, it doesn't switch to English. Other than that, it's good. The service itself is good though.

One sentence: Terrible app! The app does not represent the progress of the food ordering, preparing and delivering process, you see the delivery guy really close to you but he arrives 15 minutes later. The food is always cold, no exceptions. Terrible support, you call them and they are clueless on what's going on with the order or how to help you, if you are lucky enough to get them to pick up the phone.

Delivery time shown is never correct. It would say for example that the order would be delivered in 8min but at the same time you can see that the driver has not even picked up the order and for the next 20-25 min the reported delivery time is still 8min. Secondly, you are unable to inspect items in the "most popular" section. When you click on an item it immediately adds it to the shopping cart. If I want to see it's ingredients, I must scroll through the list to find that item.
