Orders are often canceled and you don't get any notification when it happens. It's horrible because you have to be glued to your phone for 40 min IN CASE THE ORDER IS CANCELED. Can't wait for a better alternative app to come in this region.

I don’t know how this happens, but it only occurs with these delivery services. I placed an order at 20:48, and my order arrived at 21:48. When the order arrived, the pizzas were completely cold. The restaurant closed at 21:20, yet the pizzas were delivered to me at 21:48, even though the distance from the pizzeria to my apartment is only 5 minutes by car. This is not normal. I called the contact center twice, and they keep telling me that the restaurant was only delayed by 20 minutes, ...

constantly lying about the preparation of the food so they can buy time for the delivery, averaging 1:30 hrs for a 1km delivery is absurd. hiding the map and constantly re-updateing the states of the delivery excusing it all that the app has bugs when in reality it seems they do lack delivery ppl and min max od quantity when delivering. prepare for cold food folks.
