Does not respect customer's wishes at all. No refund policy. If you are a picky eater with strict wishes in how your food gets served, DO NOT use this app! Would not recommend.

Changing the language to English in the settings changes nothing! It's still in Bosnian!!!

One sentence: Terrible app! The app does not represent the progress of the food ordering, preparing and delivering process, you see the delivery guy really close to you but he arrives 15 minutes later. The food is always cold, no exceptions. Terrible support, you call them and they are clueless on what's going on with the order or how to help you, if you are lucky enough to get them to pick up the phone.
