About this app

Thunder is the last-mile delivery service for Sarajevo. One app serves both sides of every delivery: the merchants who send parcels and the couriers who deliver them.

FOR MERCHANTS
Web shops, Instagram and Facebook sellers, local stores, restaurants, pharmacies and offices use Thunder to get parcels to their customers across Sarajevo Canton.

• Create a delivery order in a few taps: the customer, the address, the parcel and, if you need it, the cash to collect on delivery.
• See the delivery price before you confirm.
• Follow every order live on the map: the courier, the route and the expected arrival time.
• Share a tracking link with your customer.
• Keep your money in view: your wallet balance, the cash on delivery (otkupnina) collected for you and the date of your next payout.
• Get a notification when an order is picked up, delivered or needs your attention.
• Every order has a clear status and a code such as THN-482915, so nothing gets lost.

FOR COURIERS
Deliver with your car, van, scooter, motorcycle, e-bike or bicycle.

• Apply to join Thunder from the app and upload your documents.
• Go online when you want to work. Delivery offers near you arrive with the pickup, the drop-off, the distance and what you earn.
• One route for all your stops, with the address, the customer's note, call and navigation buttons.
• Confirm each delivery with a photo and, for cash on delivery, the customer's code.
• See the cash you hold, your deliveries and your earnings.

MADE FOR SARAJEVO
• English and Bosnian.
• Prices in KM.
