BabelGallery is a virtual gallery evoking the infinity and diversity of the Library of Babel imagined by Jorge Luis Borges. Inspired by this emblematic literary work where Borges describes an immense library containing all the possible 410-page books, BabelGallery transposes this idea to the pictorial universe. This project explores the possibilities of artificial intelligence by retraining diffusion models on a painter's works, thus generating a vast collection of new creations. Like Borges' library, which contained the entire universe in an infinite structure of books, BabelGallery aspires to create a space where works of art multiply and diversify infinitely.
