Application Bldetkm, this application is intended to deal with citizens' complaints and proposals in order to achieve the highest of satisfaction with the services they receive, and solving the problems faced by the staff may be administratively or technically at work, in a fair and transparent level. It also aims to take advantage of citizens' ideas and suggestions for improvement and development of the ongoing municipal services and performance. The project proposes a number of activities and interventions aimed at institutionalizing the process of receiving complaints and requests for community services in targeted municipalities (Greater Ma'an Municipality and the Municipality of Mafraq Greater Municipality New Ramtha Municipality moderation new good and municipality), in addition to the development of a number of channels of communication between the municipalities and the local community, in a way to ensure the possibility citizens' access to it. Through this, the municipalities will achieve the participation of the local community is characterized by the activity in the planning of projects and municipal services process. This application is one of the strategic partnership between the USAID project for community participation and target municipalities within the municipal pilot project outputs and is funded by the USAID project for community participation.
