Simple and easy to set up and install. Minimal fuss and just does what it's set out to do. No log-in issues, no faffing with authorisation and activation. Logged in successfully every time. No stability issues. I'm delighted so far.

I have had issues logging on to the app before as it seems to be very unstable. I have been logging on for the last few days and I receive an error message each time. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. However, the app does not install anymore. This inaccessibility to one's accounts for such a lengthy time period is just not acceptable in 2023. Allica are not available out of normal office hours either. I'll be phoning to close my account!

Couldn't log in online to fund my new savings account, so tried the app. Wanted to view the full privacy policy, as playstore summary appeared to suggest my address would be shared with 3rd parties, but the app errored. Can't get through to any support out of normal office hours, so looks like I'd be stuffed if this was urgent. I'm not funding any accounts until issues are sorted, so probably account will expire and my savings will go elsewhere.
