I strongly dislike this redesign. It feels more like a spreadsheet than before. the ease of navigation and the easy to see information has been replaced by bland text with and is sluggish. my favorite feature was the quick balance widget. having to go to the actual app to see a quick balance is a pain. I'll be deleting this app and just using the website. Maybe plain old notebook might be the play lol

Not good. The redesign that supposedly makes it more user friendly just makes it more difficult to find my information. Making me change my password to use it the first time I log in makes no sense either. The useful features such as being able to look at my balance without fully logging in is something that needs to come back. Personally I think I will be deleting the app and just using the website from now on.

Hi Michael, thank you for the feedback on our new app. The feature that allows you to check your balance before logging in is still available. To get started, log in and select Settings > Preferences. From there, select Quick Balance and toggle the button on to activate this feature. This app sucks. What's the point in using it? I have to type in username AND password everytime, AND get a text message with a code. I'd rather just used my browser. At least it keeps my password & I don't have to get a text everytime. Update: 4 yrs later, and they made it worse. I used to get alerts on my phone of transaction AMOUNTS, now it just says 'pending-posted.' Gee thanks And I DON'T want fingerprint or facial recognition- for MY safety.
