• Use saved payees to make transfers simple and secure

• Put a temporary lock on your card
• Activate new cards
• Permanently disable your cards in the case they are lost or stolen
• Change or reset your card PIN

Over all it is a much needed improvement from the old app. With there was card settings and options such as turning international txns off or all online txns. Something else that would be beneficial is having the ability to allow for notifications everything money lands in your accounts or a debit comes out. I think the colour and design is a bit stale. Useful app.

In regards to the app notifications, these can be set up in Internet Banking under Settings > Alerts. From there you can select 'Secure Message Inbox'. I very carefully enter my password, and it fails on the first attempt EVERY time. I re-enter the same, very carefully again, and then it works. I am certain that I am keying it in correctly on the first attempt! The Sydney Mutual Bank app that you decommissioned was better. The quick view of my balances was handy, but that's gone.

Hi Craig, the new app does have a quick balance screen for one account of your choice. Please go to Settings / Quick Balance in your app to configure this. Please call us on 13 61 91 or email us at info@australianmutual.bank if you need assistance.

Barely functional, full of bugs. Slow to log in and very hit and miss if you do manage to get inside the app. Constantly timing out, has issues with biometric logins and PIN'S to the point where I need to call the bank every other week to reset my logins. A frustrating experience compared to the SCU App it replaced.
