Everyone is so nice. if there's a problem they help you right away. very pleased.

Always works, clear layout, some customization options. The only issue I ever have is that Zelle thinks you can make payments through the Citizens app but that's not entirely correct. You kind of text the person you want to transfer and it doesn't have anything to do with Zelle.

Dislike 2/12/26 update! If you choose not to use the biometric option there is no actual sign out to engage in the new version. Your option is to swipe up to sign out! Would have been nice to have a choice to update or not on Android, or update just the bug fixes keeping the old sign out format.
