Ratings and reviews

Always works, clear layout, some customization options. The only issue I ever have is that Zelle thinks you can make payments through the Citizens app but that's not entirely correct. You kind of text the person you want to transfer and it doesn't have anything to do with Zelle.

This is much easier to use than the old app. I love the text alerts BUT wish they would send 1 alert for each transaction instead of resending it over and over again each time there is activity on the account... kind of makes me want to disable before I just ignore the annoying alerts but hoping they will fix this.

This redesign of their app is barely useable. I get caught in a repeating endless loop where I have to enter a pin number then draw my security pattern, then back to the enter pin again. I have to close and restart the app an hope this doesn't happen again before I get my transaction done.
