I open the app and a pop-up tells me that there's a new update. Click okay, Google Play opens, NO NEW UPDATE to install. I have to click 'open' in Google Play to open the app correctly. Please fix it. Having to hunt for the "sign out" button? No so great. Should be on the home screen or immediately available when you open the Menu. Web/app Design 101. Glad you added more transactions to view. Everything else is great, so far.

As soon as I download this app it pops up with an "updating" screen that never ends. I have tried everything I can think of, cleared cache/storage, uninstalled, reinstalled restarted my phone and I left the app open "updating" for 2 nights while I slept. I check the files and they've gone up about 400kb and then stopped. I've been given less than a week until the old app is shut down and I can't even use the new one.

It's an absolute nightmare. It will process the checks and then when you bring the checks into the branch because they would not process they try to tell you that you will have to get a new check issued because you marked the direct deposit box on the back of the check. What a foolish nightmare of a policy is that? Their app does not work properly so now you've got to track down the check writer and try to get them to reissue another check? It's absolutely ridiculous ! The old app worked fine
