Im so tired of this bank and bitching for their IT dept to fix their app problems!! Like when you deposit $300 and it shows $30 WTH! But its fixed the next day. POINT IS,,, this is a bank! It SHOULD BE ENTERING CORRECT AMOUNT AND SHOWING THE CUSTOMERS CORRECT AMOUNT!! Then their mobil deposit is horrible!! You take the pics, they dont go thru, you have to do it over and over. Then it errors. The whole experience is horrible. I'd switch banks, but dont want to go thru all that damn hassle!!

If I had the option to give it negative stars I would. App has bugs, can't link cash app, quick books, square, venmo, or zelle. Can't utilize the mobile deposit feature, can't make bill payments over $250. Doesn't show account or routing numbers. This account and app is useless.

As soon as I download this app it pops up with an "updating" screen that never ends. I have tried everything I can think of, cleared cache/storage, uninstalled, reinstalled restarted my phone and I left the app open "updating" for 2 nights while I slept. I check the files and they've gone up about 400kb and then stopped. I've been given less than a week until the old app is shut down and I can't even use the new one.
