having a very difficult time logging in. it is telling me my info is wrong/doesn't match what they have on file, even though i putting in info that was given directly to me from bank and trust.

The old ap was MUCH more user friendly. I have had so much difficultu with the remite deposit on the new ap. Really displeased.
