The new online system is not optimal! I used to be able to see everything easily. All my charged etc. Now it's a headache. PLUS before the new system I would get text messages with balance updates, when deposits were made, when I was getting low on funds and even when I was overdrawn. Now...nothing!! I do not go online to check and do not want to check daily! Oftentimes I am not able to do so. And please don't say I should know how much I have at any given moment. Don't judge when you don't know

After a day and a half and a 40 minute wait on hold, my debit card finally works again! I still don't have the ability to turn my cards off if lost or stolen, my cards don't show up at all on the app, and for some reason I keep getting a continuous pop up saying failure to sync. This app shouldn't have been released in this shape, but you knew this because all calls to local TR Bank locations are redirected to a customer service number. This is a real sxxxxx way to treat your customers.

. Cards will not shut off when you shut them off . Both the app and sight or not working. They're having consistent crashes. . Balances are not showing and accounts are not being recognized. . It balances are showing they are incorrect. . Transaction disappear and reappear. . Transactions are appearing as double transactions when they are not. . ALL ATMs are down. . The official born crash happened about 1 to 2 weeks ago but there's been warning signs for over a month. This is ridiculous
