I was told they fixed the bugs in the app last week and to reinstal, they have heard nothing but good things since. I still have the same problems...took 3 minutes to load, I enter the username and try to enter the password but the user name disappears snd only picks up a portion of the password. Correct both, hit login, after 15 minutes still spinning. Been a customer for 44 years, I expect better.

I dont understand why they would force everyone to use a version of their app that clearly was not ready to launch. It does not work and i havent been able to log in without it crashing since the change. A lot of people are living check to check and need to see their balance frequently. I hope they made it usable soon, or go back to the old one until the new version is functional.
