Every scan, decision and reason is logged against the venue, device, person and time. Owners, managers and door staff get their own roles and access levels, so the record always shows who did what. When someone asks about last Saturday, the answer is in the app, not in someone's memory.

THREE DEVICES, YOUR RULES
Door, bar, server station. Every plan covers three devices, so a second reader isn't a second subscription. No per-scan fees, no hardware contract. And you set the terms venue by venue: minimum age, which fields are stored, how long they're kept, whether photos are captured.
