Absolutely horrible! don't even bother. I booked a massage 3 days in advance for our last day on this app, showed up and they had no record of anything, said they're having lots of problems with the app and I "should have known" to book via the concierge. and of course, no appointments available. Way to ruin an otherwise nice stay.

Horrible app. Room not available when finalizing the paiement. Impossible to book! Turning round, again and again, oh what a waste of time. Don't trust them.

useless app. says nothing about the hotels or anything. should have restaurant menus, maps and locations of everything and entertainment schedules. barcelo is way behind the times. get someone to program a completely new app
