Absolutely horrible! don't even bother. I booked a massage 3 days in advance for our last day on this app, showed up and they had no record of anything, said they're having lots of problems with the app and I "should have known" to book via the concierge. and of course, no appointments available. Way to ruin an otherwise nice stay.

useless app. says nothing about the hotels or anything. should have restaurant menus, maps and locations of everything and entertainment schedules. barcelo is way behind the times. get someone to program a completely new app

We stayed for 2 weeks in the Gran Canaria, Hotel Margaritas. The food was lovely, and bedroom was spot on, cleaned everyday. There was a shuttle bus every day, to Playa De Ingles, for free. We were very disappointed with the entertainment, so we got a taxi every night, down town, 6 euros, the entertainment room, wasn't the right room, it was like being in a doctors surgery, you played bingo, for wine or champagne , we were all exclusive, so we could have gone to the bar, and got one. 😉
