Absolutely horrible! don't even bother. I booked a massage 3 days in advance for our last day on this app, showed up and they had no record of anything, said they're having lots of problems with the app and I "should have known" to book via the concierge. and of course, no appointments available. Way to ruin an otherwise nice stay.

Just broken in so many ways. I got fed up of seeing 'oops something went wrong' message, so gave up.

08/04/2026: Nothing has been fixed nor improved. I STILL cannot login [with] the Android app. Deleting the app, and sticking with website and emails. Bye!! 11/19/2025: I can now confirm the "Oops" login error message. For some reason the app opens a web page to log into the app; which doesn't make any sense.
