Absolutely terrible. The person tried to convince me that it was my falt that the App wasn't working. Just a garbage system for help. Completely useless!!

Horrible bank, and app. Their app and website and all other avenues seized working 10 days ago and it is STILL not working. This bank is a disgrace. First thing tomorrow I will go and close down my accounts.

This application is basically garbage. I don't understand how a Govt operated bank with the legendary laziest service you can imagine can't use it's endless budget to make this application work without having to waste hours of time visiting the branch in person. I truly have never experienced such an inneficient operation in my life. I think BCR business is in the stone ages.
