About this app

BOU e-Attendance is the official examination attendance application of Bangladesh Open University (BOU). It enables authorized invigilators to record student attendance securely and efficiently during examinations. This application is intended exclusively for authorized BOU invigilators and is not available for general public use.
The application simplifies the attendance process by using QR code technology, reducing manual errors and improving the efficiency of examination management.

Key Features

-> Download the authorized student list for the scheduled examination before attendance begins.
-> Scan the QR code on the student's Admit Card and the QR code on the Answer Script simultaneously using the device camera.
-> Automatically verify the student and mark attendance instantly.
-> Scan the QR code printed on the attendance sheet to record absent students quickly when required.
-> Review attendance records before submitting.
-> Continue recording attendance even when internet connectivity is unavailable.
-> Delete downloaded student lists when no longer required.
-> Remove locally stored attendance records when necessary.
-> Refresh examination data for upcoming examinations.
