I transfered money to my husband’s bank account yesterday using instant transfer service NPSB and I got a confirmation message confirming the transaction, balance is deducted. But after 24 hours the amount still not transfered. I called sonali bank hotline number and they said it was an network error. But i didn’t get any error message. If you can't provide instant transfer then you should stop giving the option to transfer. 😡 My own account is still missing the amount I transfered.

The apps are very helpful, but need to be improved, so that almost everything can be done in the app, like buying savings cards, and all services are available in the app. Thank you Sonali Bank Authority. More crazy in the future

The apps update, looks good but there's some update now needed. In any WiFi the app is not open, just loading. The app only open on Mobile data. NPSB option is updated, But in transfer NPSB theres show only one benificiary in the list if you added more then one beneficiary. And also when you added account from beneficiary list, then just account number added, theres No account holder name. I think that i mentioned 2issue would be updated in next app update immediately. Thank you.
