The application's interface is not optimized for mobile viewing, making it challenging to navigate or locate specific features within the app. Conversely, the web version of the application performs quite well when accessed in desktop mode.

So many technical problems still occurs. sometimes the app don't opens up in the phone, although it works on website. hangs up the app when I try to use via university wifi

This app is run by many unskilled IT engineers. When there's a problem with the results, it takes 7 or 8 days to fix it, and we still don’t get the results.
